Australian Olympic hurdler Jana Pittman has announced she's pregnant with baby number four after she swapped her running spikes for a stethoscope to pursue her dream job as a doctor.
The 37-year-old mother has a 13-year-old son named Cornelis from her previous marriage to English athlete Chris Rawlinson, and daughters Emily, aged five, and Jemima, aged three, from the same anonymous sperm donor.
In an interview with New Idea, the two-time world champion hurdler revealed she's expecting her first child with her businessman fiancé Paul, 51, who prefers to remain out of the spotlight.

'Paul has never been a dad before so he's really keen to find out if it's a boy or a girl, but I don't mind either way,' she told the magazine.
Dr Pittman said the couple are overjoyed with the surprise pregnancy after she previously struggled with infertility.
'Paul and I had recently decided we wanted a baby, but at my age and with my patchy pregnancy history, we'd only just finished the conversation about the possibility I might never be able to have kids again,' she said.
But against all odds, the mother - who's expecting her baby in November - said she was left stunned after her pregnancy test came back positive.

Dr Pittman said she was 'delighted to see a little heartbeat' but she felt 'sad' for Paul because he wasn't allowed into the ultrasound due to COVID-19 restrictions.
The couple who have been together for six months - met for the first time many years ago but only struck up a relationship last year.
She said they plan to elope in June in front of her children and the couple's brothers as witnesses because they don't want the 'fuss' that comes with planning a wedding.
'But if the current COVID-19 restrictions are still in place, perhaps we'll have the kids watching from a nearby balcony,' she said, laughing.
On March 24, Prime Minister Scott Morrison announced only five people will be allowed to attend weddings - the happy couple, the celebrant and two witnesses - to minimise the risk of spreading coronavirus.

Dr Pittman said she has decided to take five months off her new job at Blacktown and Mt Druitt Hospital to prepare for the birth of her baby.
'After doing my last two pregnancies solo, I'm beyond happy I have someone I love to share this with,' she said.
She also told the magazine her childhood dream was to be an Olympian, pursue a career as a doctor and become a mother to five kids.
Earlier this year, she began work as a junior doctor after studying for five years.
'I loved my athletics career, representing Australia was gold, but I hope my future in medicine will be even better,' Dr Pittman said in a statement.
'It's one of those things where you think you're never going to get there, but it shows that if you persist with something you love, then it just might happen.'

She previously married English Olympic hurdler Chris Rawlinson a week after she competed in the 2006 Commonwealth Games.
The couple filed for divorce in April 2009. But after it was finalised in 2010, the pair rekindled their romance, re-married and moved to Britain. Their marriage ended in April 2011 and the mother returned to Australia with their son Cornelius.
After struggling with fertility issues, she decided to have another baby as a solo mother via IVF and a sperm donor. She gave birth to Emily in April 2015.
Just two years later, she welcomed her second daughter Jemima after getting pregnant via IVF from the same sperm donor.
The three-time Olympian said she doesn't know who the sperm donor is, but her daughters will be able to meet their father one day if they choose.
'I'd love to know if my girls have diblings [donor siblings] one day, and if I ever get to meet my donor, I'd like to say thank you,' she previously said.
