In the field of fitness, there is a large disparity between men and women. More often than not, men want to increase their muscles while women want to lose fat. Woman normally have a higher body-fat percentage and lower metabolism; it often takes longer for them to lose weight. Fitness for men and fitness for women are two totally different entities.
