What Is Orthodontics?

Orthodontics is a branch of dentistry that deals with the correction of teeth and jaws that are not properly positioned. Protruding teeth and teeth that don't fit together can make them difficult to clean. and there is a risk of premature tooth loss due to tooth decay and gum disease. It also puts pressure on the muscles used in mastication, which can cause headaches.
